Roles Available

Cover Supervisors

Support schools with professional classroom cover, maintaining strong routines and behaviour standards.


  • From £100 per day (above sector average).
  • Training provided in behaviour management and safeguarding.
  • Opportunities to move into mentoring or full teaching pathways.



Behaviour Mentors

Work 1:1 and in groups to support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.


  • Trauma-informed and SEMH training provided.
  • Safeguarding-first culture with DSL/DDSL support.
  • Make measurable impact by reducing exclusions and improving attendance.



PE Coaches & PPA Cover

Deliver high-quality PE lessons and activity programmes that promote wellbeing, teamwork, and engagement.


  • Work in both curriculum PE and enrichment settings.
  • Linked to PE & Sport Premium outcomes and reporting.
  • Pathways into Level X Sports Academy roles.

Training & Safeguarding

All staff receive:

  • Enhanced DBS check and vetting.
  • Induction & safeguarding briefing before placement.
  • Annual KCSIE update training.
  • Ongoing CPD in behaviour, mentoring, and trauma-informed practice.
