How We Teach:
- Personalised ILP (Individual Learning Plan)
- Small groups (max cohort 20 across all programmes)
- Weekly attendance & progress reports to parents and commissioners
- Assessment and interview/referral required for entry

Our football programme is semi-professional in standard and designed for progression, not just participation.
Player Development Model (6-week cycles):
- Technical: Position-specific skill development
- Tactical: Game models, video analysis, match preparation
- Athletic: Strength & conditioning, speed/agility, recovery
- Psychological: Mindset, resilience, leadership, teamwork
- Lifestyle: Nutrition, wellbeing, off-field conduct
Opportunities:
- Direct exposure to semi-professional football environments (U18s & U23s)
- Showcase matches, trial days, and tournaments
- Highlight reels and content support from our Media Apprenticeship team
Weekly Rhythm:
- 3–4 training sessions
- 1 S&C session
- 1 video/analysis session
- Fixtures & showcases as scheduled
Commitment:
- Academic engagement is a requirement for football squad inclusion
- Code of conduct applies both on and off the pitch
Students take part in paid work experience through our in-house apprenticeship-style programmes.
Sports Coaching Pathway:
- Assist and lead sessions in schools and clubs
- Gain experience in coaching, behaviour management, and sports development
- Supervised delivery with DBS-checked staff
- Hourly pay (£8/hr)
Media Pathway:
- Create content for live matches, showcases, and social media
- Photography, videography, editing, storytelling
- Build a professional portfolio with real clients and briefs
- Paid opportunities alongside training
Progression:
Both pathways act as stepping stones into:
- Level 3/4 apprenticeships with partner providers
- Entry-level jobs in sports, education, or media industries
