Parents’ FAQs

1. What age groups do you accept?

  • Junior Explorers: Ages 5–9
  • Football & English Academy: Ages 10–17


2. Where are the programmes based?
All programmes run in
Stratford, East London, using venues such as Mary Ward Centre, Mabley Green, and Chobham Academy — all located next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.


3. What is included in the fees?

  • Full Day (£550/week): 15 hrs English + 15 hrs Football (10–17) or 15 hrs English + 9 hrs Multi-Sport + 6 hrs Excursions (5–9), lunch included.
  • Half Day (£450/week): Either morning English or afternoon Football (10–17), or English + project block (AM) / Sport & Excursions (PM) for Juniors.


4. What time does the day run?

  • Full Day: 09:00 – 16:00
  • Half Day: 09:00 – 12:30 (AM) or 12:30 – 16:00 (PM)


5. Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is included for full-day students. Half-day students should bring a snack/drink.


6. Do you provide residential accommodation?
No — Level X International is a
day-only programme. Parents/guardians must arrange accommodation and daily drop-off/pick-up.


7. What are class sizes?

  • Max 12 students (ages 5–9)
  • Max 14 students (ages 10–17)


8. How many students attend each week?
We cap enrolment at
50 students per week to ensure quality.


9. What about supervision and safety?
We have enhanced supervision ratios:

  • 1:12 for ages 5–9
  • 1:14 for ages 10–17
    Designated Safeguarding Leads, first aiders, and incident reporting are in place at all times.


10. Are excursions included?
Yes — excursions are included in the Junior Explorers programme. For ages 10–17, excursions and social events are included as part of the weekly programme.


11. Is travel insurance required?
Yes, all families must provide proof of medical and travel insurance before arrival.


12. My child has allergies/medical needs. Can you support this?
Yes — our medical team manages allergies and medication securely. Please provide details in advance.


13. Do you help with visas?
Students may need a
Standard Visitor Visa. We provide offer letters and supporting documents but do not provide immigration advice.


14. Can my child attend for one week only?
Yes — students may join for 1–7 weeks in summer, or the full 1-week winter programme.



15. Do you offer discounts?
Yes — early bird discounts and sibling discoun
ts are available.

Agents’ FAQs

1. What commission do you offer?
We offer a
20% standard commission on all student bookings.


2. Are there volume incentives?
Yes — agencies with high student numbers can access enhanced commission tiers and exclusive territory rights.


3. Do you offer exclusivity in certain markets?
Yes — regional exclusivity can be arranged for trusted high-volume partners.


4. What marketing materials do you provide?
We provide brochures, timetables, logos, images, video content, and social media assets.


5. How do we make bookings?
Agents submit student applications through our admissions team. We confirm the booking and issue invoices directly.


6. How do you handle payments for agent bookings?
Agents can pay directly and deduct commission, or parents can pay us in full and we pay agent commission after confirmation.


7. How quickly do you confirm places?
We confirm offers within
5 working days.


8. Do you offer group bookings?
Yes — we welcome group bookings from schools and agents. Tailored packages can be arranged.


9. How many students can you accommodate?
Maximum 50 students per week across all programmes.



10. Who do agents contact for support?
Our dedicated
International Admissions Manager supports agents via email and WhatsApp.
