- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL): A qualified DSL is on-site at all times.

Pastoral Care
- Daily Check-ins: Attendance taken at morning registration and after lunch.
- Small Class Sizes: 12 students maximum for ages 5–9; 14 maximum for ages 10–17.
- Secure Handover: Students released only to authorised parents/guardians at check-out.
- Pastoral Support: Dedicated staff for wellbeing, including cultural adjustment and homesickness support.
- Inclusive Approach: We celebrate diversity and provide a welcoming environment for all students.
⛑ Medical & First Aid
- First Aid Cover: Certified first aiders on duty throughout the day.
- On-Site Response: Incident reporting and medical logs are completed for every case.
- Healthcare Access: Students referred to local NHS services if required.
- Medication Management: Staff follow parental instructions and secure storage protocols.
- Insurance: Families are required to hold travel and medical insurance for their child.
📊 Supervision Ratios
- Ages 5–9: 1 staff member to every 12 children (enhanced supervision during excursions).
- Ages 10–17: 1 staff member to every 14 students.
- Excursions & Trips: Additional staff ensure increased ratios for safety.
🌍 Wellbeing & Culture
- Anti-Bullying: Zero tolerance policy and proactive prevention.
