To re-engage young people, raise standards in schools, develop athletes with character, and deliver measurable social impact — so every learner and athlete can move from where they are, to where they could be.
Who We Are
Level X is a multi-subsidiary organisation headquartered in London. We operate at the intersection of education, elite sport, athlete representation, international training, and community impact.

Our model is simple: we turn potential into progress. Whether a young person is struggling in school, dreaming of a pro contract, or seeking a safe environment to grow, we design pathways that unlock opportunity.
What We Do
Education – PE supply, behaviour mentoring, leadership workshops, and enrichment for schools.
Sports – Grassroots and elite academies, Saturday centres, and holiday camps in football & basketball.
International – English language + elite sport in London with guardianship, cultural immersion, and agent partnerships.
Agency – Boutique representation and career management for aspiring and professional athletes.
Community – Scholarships, free clinics, mentoring, and local authority partnerships that reduce exclusions and NEET outcomes.

Our flagship post-16 Alternative Provision combines education, semi-professional football, and paid in-house apprenticeships.
- Education Pathways: Functional Skills (English/Maths), BTEC Sport, ASDAN, NCFE Employability, Personal & Social Development modules.
- Football Academy: UEFA-qualified coaching, strength & conditioning, nutrition, psychology, and direct links with semi-pro clubs.
- In-House Apprenticeships: Paid roles in Sports Coaching and Media to gain real-world experience while earning.
- Pastoral Care: On-site safeguarding officers, 1:1 mentoring, attendance and wellbeing support.
