Education Pathways — Building Strong Futures
Accredited qualifications, personalised support, and clear progression routes for post-16 students.

Our Approach
At Futures Academy, we know that education unlocks opportunity. Many of our learners arrive having struggled in mainstream, but with the right support, they can achieve and progress.
We provide accredited qualifications, small-group learning, and 1:1 mentoring — ensuring every student leaves with outcomes that open doors to further education, apprenticeships, and employment.

How We Teach
We keep learning accessible, relevant, and personalised.
- Individual Learning Plans (ILPs): Created for each student at entry
- Small groups: Max cohort of 20 students, ensuring tailored support
- Blended delivery: Classroom teaching, online learning, and applied projects
- Weekly reporting: Attendance and progress shared with parents & commissioners
- Mentoring integration: Every student has access to pastoral and academic mentoring
Progression Routes
Our education pathways are designed to be stepping stones, not stop gaps. Students progress into:
- Further Education: Level 2 or 3 courses at college
- Apprenticeships & Traineeships: Both with partner providers and in-house Level X pathways
- Employment: Direct access to roles in sports, coaching, media, and beyond
We ensure that no student leaves without a clear, positive destination.
