Who It’s For
- Ages 5–7: First kicks, coordination, confidence building.
- Ages 8–10: Core skills, teamwork, small-sided play.
- Ages 11–13: Advanced technique, tactical understanding, game scenarios.
- Ages 14–16: High-intensity training, positional play, preparation for trials.

Safeguarding & Welfare
- All staff: Enhanced DBS, reference-checked, safeguarding trained.
- Ratios: Target 1:12 (tighter for younger groups).
- On-site first-aider every session.
- Opt-in media consent: We never share images/videos without parental approval.

- Suitable footwear (3G boots or trainers depending on venue surface)
- Shin pads (mandatory for safety)
