Who It’s For

  • Ages 5–7: First kicks, coordination, confidence building.
  • Ages 8–10: Core skills, teamwork, small-sided play.
  • Ages 11–13: Advanced technique, tactical understanding, game scenarios.
  • Ages 14–16: High-intensity training, positional play, preparation for trials.

Each session balances skill development with competitive small-sided games, ensuring every child leaves motivated and improving week by week.

Safeguarding & Welfare


  • All staff: Enhanced DBS, reference-checked, safeguarding trained.
  • Ratios: Target 1:12 (tighter for younger groups).
  • On-site first-aider every session.
  • Opt-in media consent: We never share images/videos without parental approval.

  • Suitable footwear (3G boots or trainers depending on venue surface)
