Admissions – Level X International Academy

Joining Level X International Academy is simple, transparent, and designed to give parents peace of mind. Below you’ll find the full application process, documents required, payment information, and key policies.

📝 How to Apply

Step 1 – Online Application

  • Complete our secure online form.
  • Provide student details, parent/guardian contact information, and programme preferences (age group, dates, full or half day).


Step 2 – Offer & Confirmation

  • Receive an offer letter and invoice within 5 working days.
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum 50 students per week.


Step 3 – Deposit

  • Secure your child’s place with a deposit of £200 per week.
  • Balance due 6 weeks before the programme start date.


Step 4 – Pre-Arrival Pack

  • Receive a Welcome Pack with timetable, kit list, safeguarding information, and drop-off/collection details.
  • Complete the online English level check (ages 10–17) to place your child in the right class.



Step 5 – Start Your Programme

  • Arrive at our Stratford campus on Day 1 for registration and induction.


📑 Documents Required

To complete the application, parents/guardians must provide:


  • Passport copy (photo page).
  • Completed medical & allergy form.
  • Parent/guardian consent form.
  • Insurance proof (medical & travel cover).
  • Emergency contact details.


💷 Fees & Discounts

  • Full Day (09:00 – 16:00): £550 per week (includes lunch).
  • Half Day (AM or PM): £450 per week.
  • Deposit: £200 per week (non-refundable, deducted from balance).
  • Balance: Payable 6 weeks before start date.


Discounts Available:

  • Early Bird: £50 off if booked by October 15th 2025.
  • Sibling Discount: £50 off for each additional child.


🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Full refunds (minus deposit) available if cancellation is made 6+ weeks before start date.
  • 50% refunds (minus deposit) if cancellation is made 4–6 weeks before start date.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 4 weeks of start date.
  • In the event of illness or emergency, credits may be applied to future programmes (case by case).


✈️ International Students & Visa Support

  • Programmes are day-only (no residential option).
  • Students from outside the UK may need a Standard Visitor Visa.
  • We provide official offer letters and supporting documentation to assist families with applications.
